I hope you'll excuse me if I find your interpretation to be just a tad on the pedantic side? So in other words, unless I misunderstand your meaning, had I have mentioned the word " Forum" after the words Acronis Support in my suggestion to you, then you would have found that to be acceptable as a helpful solution? One would think that as an expert here for so many years, you would be able to relate that Acronis support can mean direct support or their product dedicated user forums. You say you did not "contact Acronis support" - yet in your previous comment before you requested the question to be closed with (0) points, you stated "I was able to get support on the Acronis support forum." I am curious about your latest comment however. oh and just as a by the way, not that it means all that much, but I've been a paid up lurking expert on Experts Exchange since 2007 myself, so I'm not exactly a newbie to how this place works either :) It's up to you where points are distributed when you close a question, but "as an expert here on EE for many years", I guess you already knew that right?
